Anastasia from Second Skin here. As a (Re)Seller of ours, I wanted to share an update to our consignment service with you.
As Second Skin has grown over the last three and a half years, we have continuously invested our service and platforms to deliver a seamless selling and buying experience to our (Re)Sellers and Customers - from our website, (Re)Seller Account, online-payout system to our in-person drop-offs, super-speedy shipping, eco packaging and most recently, a new team member (hello, Jodi!) who focuses on processing your products faster.
To balance a sustainable business model with these investments and the costs related to providing our service, we have decided to update our commission structure.
Effective from the 15th of June 2024, our commission structure will be updated to:
- $1 - $99.99 (Re)Sellers receive 45% of the sale price (excl. GST)
- $100+ (Re)Sellers receive 50% of the sale price (excl. GST)
This decision has been very carefully considered, and I know it will help Second Skin continue providing the service you know and love.
If you would like to sell with us during the transitional period, any products sold prior to the 15th of June will receive the existing commission structure.
