Delivery Timeframes
Shipping is offered to residential and business addresses in New Zealand, Australia and the United States only.
Second Skin dispatches orders between Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders are typically shipped using NZPost's tracked courier service. We aim to have orders delivered within the following:
- NZ Non-Rural: 2 - 3 business days
- NZ Rural: 3 - 4 business days
- Australia: 1 week
- United States: 1 - 2 weeks
An email confirmation with NZPost tracking will be sent once the order has been shipped.
Shipping Fees
At the checkout, select the correct shipping option from the following:
New Zealand
Orders under $60
- Non-Rural - $5.50
- Rural - $9.50
Orders between $60 - $89.99
- Non-Rural - FREE
- Rural - $4.00
Orders over $90
- FREE
Australia
- Air Freight (Tracked) - $15 AUD
United States
- Air Freight (Tracked) - $22 USD
Rural Delivery
If your shipping address is rural, please select the rural delivery option unless your order qualifies for FREE shipping. If a rural shipping address is provided and non-rural shipping is selected, we will not dispatch your order until one of the following has been completed:
- The difference between non-rural and rural shipping costs is paid.
- A non-rural shipping address is provided.
Non-Signature
By default, all orders are sent using a non-signature service. Please make sure that your shipping address has a safe place to leave your order if you are not there to receive it.
