• Lower-value products — generally those with an original retail price below NZ$25

Eligible product types

• Cream makeup — e.g. cream blush, bronzer and highlighter
• Pressed powder makeup — e.g. eyeshadow palettes, pressed setting powders, blush and bronzer
• Lipsticks — e.g. bullet lipsticks
• Beauty tools & accessories — e.g. makeup brushes, sponges, cosmetic bags and scrunchies

Please note: Products must never have been applied, swatched, worn or otherwise used, and must show no signs of use.

Eligible packaging types

• Pump or dispenser packaging — e.g. pump bottles and airless dispensers
• Squeeze tubes — e.g. tubes with screw caps or flip-top lids
• Spray packaging — e.g. spray bottles and atomisers
• Pour-out bottles — e.g. bottles that allow product to be dispensed without direct contact

Lightly used products must also:

• Be at least ¾ full
• Be within their period after opening (PAO)
• Have been properly stored and remain hygienic

• Professional-use products — e.g. salon-only or clinic-only treatments
• Repackaged or decanted products — e.g. products transferred from their original packaging
