We ship orders across New Zealand, as well as to Australia and the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We dispatch orders between Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
We aim to have orders delivered within the following:

- 3 - 4 business days for Rural deliveries

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide FREE shipping on non-rural orders over $60 and rural orders over $90 within New Zealand.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We can change your shipping address before your order has been passed over to NZPost. After then, you will need to contact NZPost directly.
Please contact us ASAP using our Live Chat if you need to change your shipping address.
Payments
What payments do you accept online?
We take Visa, Mastercard, Shop Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, Gift Voucher, Loyalty Credit and AMEX.
All credit card transactions are securely processed by Shopify Payments.
Can I cancel my order after payment?
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping. If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible via our Live Chat.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of consignment, all products listed on our website are for final sale and not returnable. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

How do I become a Loyalty member?
On the bottom left of any page on our website, you'll find our Circular Perks popup. Click to launch the Circular Perks panel and follow the instructions to sign up.
If you already have a customer account with us, you are automatically a Circular Perks member earning Circular Points!
How do I earn Circular Points?
You will only start earning points after you have signed up as a Circular Perks member. Sign up here.
As a sign up bonus, you will receive 50 Circular Points and then you will receive 1 Circular Point for every $1 spent with us (excludes shipping).
How do I redeem my Circular Points?
Log into your Circular Perks account and scroll down to find "Ways to redeem".
When you redeem any reward, you will be given a discount code to use at the checkout for your next online order.
Circular Points can only be redeemed in blocks of 150, 250 and 500.
Do my Circular Points and Rewards expire?
No, never!
How do I refer a friend through Circular Perks?
Log into your Circular Perks account and scroll down to "Refer your friends".
You have been allocated a unique URL Link to share with anyone you wish to refer. They will need to click on the link provided to redeem the unique discount code.
Once your friend completes their first purchase using your link, you will receive a $10 voucher on your Circular Perks account.
Who can I refer through Circular Perks?
Anyone who is a new customer to Second Skin and doesn't have a customer account with us.

What condition are the products in?
All products are authentic, undamaged and not expired. To learn more about a product's details, head into its product page.
Are all products new and unopened?
About 80% of our collection at any given time is new and unopened.
The remaining 20% consists of opened products that have been carefully assessed and meet our strict criteria before being listed for sale.
How do you authenticate the products?
We authenticate each product by thoroughly assessing it in person.
Our team benefits from extensive industry expertise that enables us to recognise genuine products.
Do the products come directly from the Seller?
No, all products listed for sale are sent to us first. This allows us to assess each product and ensure it meets our criteria before making it available for purchase.
Are the products sanitised prior?
Yes. We professionally sanitise all products before they are dispatched to you.
