Our drop-off hours are:
- Mon - Fri: 9.30 am - 2.30 pm
- Sat: Closed
- Sun: Closed
- Public Holidays: Closed
We operate out of a local business' studio, The Skin Wardrobe.
Please enter via the commercial entrance at the end of the street. Dial 014# on the gate intercom for vehicle or pedestrian entry, and let us know you are dropping off to Second Skin.
There is free onsite car parking (signposted The Skin Wardrobe).
Organising your own shipping
Please choose a courier company that offers tracking.
Packing your products
- Make sure your first and last name are clearly written on the outside of your package.
- You don't need a professional courier bag, but you will need to package your products securely to stay safe in transit.
- Ensure fragile items are given extra protection and that there is no space in the package for any products to move around.
- All products should be closed properly to avoid leaking.
You will receive a confirmation email from us when we have received your package.

After you’ve packed your Selling Kit with your resale-friendly items, send it back by booking a pickup online. Your local NZPost courier driver will collect it right from your front door, and it will be with us the following business day. Happy selling!
