Pick up your items (Free)
You can pick up your items from us in Grey Lynn, Auckland during our open hours.
Mon - Fri: 9.30 am - 2.30 pm
Sat: 10 am - 2 pm
Sun & Public Holidays: Closed
Leave the items with us (Free)
We'll properly recycle and dispose of your items by emptying, cleaning and sorting them into:
Curbside recyclables
These are single component items (such as plastic shampoo bottles and caps) or double component packaging that can be separated (such as a glass pot with a plastic lid).
TerraCycle® Zero Waste Box™ recyclables
These are hard-to-recycle items that contain mixed materials and can't be separated (such as a mascara, makeup compact with a mirror, lipstick etc)
Appropriate take-back schemes recyclables
These are items that are recyclable but not eligible for curbside recycling or the TerraCycle® Zero Waste Box™ (such as aerosol cans). We'll find the appropirate take-back schemes for these items (e.g. Schwarzkopf Cares Hair Aerosol Free Recycling Programme)
Disposables
These are items that cannot be recycled in our Curbside Recycling, TerraCycle® Zero Waste Box™ or any take-back schemes and will need to be disposed of through our local council's rubbish collection.
Have your items couriered to you ($7 - $10)
We'll courier your items to your preferred address using NZPost's tracked service.
The cost of shipping is $7 for non-rural and $10 for rural addresses.
If you have an account balance with us, we'll deduct the cost of shipping from your account. Otherwise, we'll send you an online invoice.
